A lot of Colorado dogs spend the week resting indoors, then go all out on the weekend. The problem is, their bodies are not conditioned for that kind of stop-and-start routine. Consistent weekday movement helps dogs stay fitter, happier, and better prepared for the adventures you love doing together.
We see it all the time in Colorado: quiet weekdays, big weekend hikes, then sore, stiff, overly tired dogs on Monday. That stop-and-go pattern is one reason consistent conditioning matters.
Structured weekday walks give your dog the steady rhythm their body needs, so weekends feel like fun instead of a reset.
2x / week
The minimum that builds real consistency. Steady weekday movement is what makes weekends feel better.
